Through our extensive experience, our team develops custom reporting and analytics solutions to help you provide real time business analytics to the right members of your organization.  Our founder, Mike Bonanno, began his Workday career as a reporting specialist and later went on to be a trusted, functional consultant for the Workday ecosystem.  This experience has shaped the company’s philosophy.  

As compared to others in the ecosystem, most firms implement Workday with reporting as an often-overlooked, distant afterthought to be tacked on at the end of an implementation contract.  They check a box that it was completed, leaving their clients to accommodate their reporting needs on their own.  They follow dated playbooks that have the same guidance they have given in the past, without taking into their customer’s individual needs, out of necessity since their standard package of reports rely upon standard inputs.  ATP’s approach begins with reporting functionality and backs into an optimal business solution for our clients.  In fact, all our consultants hold Workday reporting certifications and/or have extensively worked on reports for Workday customers we support.  This is not happenstance; it is a strategic initiative ATP is firmly committed to.  As Mike often says, “Without reporting, Workday is just a fancy workflow engine.”
